Recruitment Researcher / Executive Search Associate (Full-time, Remote – UK Hours)

Talent Fuse Partners is a UK-based executive search firm specialising in senior hires across M&A advisory, corporate finance, and professional services. We work with respected boutique and mid-market advisory firms across the UK on Director, Partner, and leadership-level mandates.

We're looking for a sharp, reliable Recruitment Researcher to work directly with the founder and support the day-to-day running of the search desk. This is a long-term, full-time role with real responsibility from day one.

What you'll be doing

Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator Boolean searches), our CRM (Loxo), and other channels
Building and maintaining candidate longlists and market maps for live searches
Preparing anonymised candidate specs and profiles from CVs (templates provided)
Formatting CVs to our house style
Sending and managing outreach messages to candidates
Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients (scheduling, confirmations, reminders)
Keeping the CRM clean and up to date (pipeline tracking, notes, statuses)
General desk support and admin

What we're looking for

2+ years' experience in recruitment research, sourcing, or executive search support (agency-side preferred)
Excellent written English — you'll be drafting messages that go to senior finance professionals, so this is essential
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills; experience with Sales Navigator and Boolean search a big plus
Highly organised, detail-obsessed, and able to work independently
Discreet and professional — you'll be handling confidential candidate and client information
Able to work full UK business hours (approx. 9:00am–5:30pm UK time / 4:00pm–12:30am PH time)
Experience supporting financial services / professional services searches is a bonus, not a requirement
