Senior Social Media Designer & AI Video Specialist

We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Social Media Designer & AI Content Specialist to join our team full-time. If you have an extraordinary eye for digital design and a deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook ), this role is for you. You will be responsible for crafting high-end, engaging content, leveraging the absolute latest in AI technology to speed up workflows and create stunning visuals.

???? CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: This role heavily revolves around AI video generation. You MUST have proven experience generating and editing videos using advanced AI tools, specifically Higgs Field (or similar high-end AI video models). If you do not have hands-on experience with AI video generation, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Powered Video Generation & Editing: Conceptualize, generate, and edit dynamic short-form videos (for TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.) from scratch using advanced AI tools like Higgs Field. This is a core daily responsibility.

High-End Social Media Design: Design premium graphics, carousels, posts, and stories tailored specifically for Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, and TikTok.

AI Image & Content Creation: Utilize AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E) and AI copy/ideation tools to produce highly engaging and original social media assets.

Smart Workflow Management: Utilize AI-driven development and workflow tools (like CloudCode and similar platforms) to work smarter, faster, and optimize the content creation process.

Platform Optimization: Adapt designs and video formats to meet the specific algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors of each social media platform.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have):

Mastery of AI Video Tools: Demonstrated ability to create and edit videos using AI generation models (e.g., Higgs Field, Runway, Pika). You will be asked to showcase examples.

Social Media Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-level graphic design work created specifically for social media marketing (Posts, Stories, Thumbnails, Carousels).

Deep Platform Knowledge: Expert understanding of current visual trends on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook .

Exceptional Visual Skills: A pixel-perfect approach with a very high standard for aesthetics, typography, layout, and brand consistency.

Self-Starter: Highly organized, able to work independently in a full-time remote capacity, and quick to learn new AI capabilities.
