Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Credit Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, credit repair, or consumer credit services and be passionate about helping clients improve their financial standing.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
• Review and analyze consumer credit reports.
• Educate clients on credit factors and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist clients throughout the credit improvement process.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building trust with clients.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure timely follow-up and case management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Previous experience in credit repair, credit analysis, lending, banking, finance, or a related credit field required.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit reports and credit scoring.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
