Virtual Assistant for UGC Creator – Content, Video & Social Media
Curated from source
I’m a U.S.-based bilingual Japanese-English UGC creator looking for a reliable, organized, and trainable Virtual Assistant to support my growing content-creation business.
I create English- and Japanese-language content for brands in beauty, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, apps, and other consumer categories. Japanese-language ability is not required for this position.
This is a long-term, part-time position beginning at approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 25–30 hours as your skills, responsibilities, and the business grow.
You do not need an impressive résumé or advanced editing skills. I care more about reliability, attention to detail, clear communication, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
I will provide training, examples, feedback, and written processes. When appropriate, I am also willing to provide access to courses that will help you develop the skills needed for the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will begin with a structured combination of administrative support, content organization, basic editing, and social-media assistance.
Initially, you will work from my instructions and established processes. As you learn the business, I would like you to become more confident working independently, noticing what needs attention, and suggesting helpful next steps.
