- Follow all HIPPA rules and regulations for patient privacy
- Comfortable with interviewing doing calls with patients, providers, etc.
- Familiarity with Office 365, Citrix-HomeCare HomeBase applications
- Must have Intake Clerk experience in a healthcare setting
- Good English communication skills
- PH graveyard shift - NY EST
- WFH setup
- Must have your own pc/laptop with reliable internet connection and 2 monitors
