Role:
Edit our longform YouTube videos, VSL’s and short form content that we post organic and with ads

Hours:
Monday -> Friday
12PM EST - 5PM EST
If you are experienced and fast, you will not need the full 5 hours to finish our work.

Rate:
$5/Hour

Deliverables:
2 YouTube Videos per Week -> 1 Day Turnaround Time + Thumbnails
2-3 Short Form Videos per Day -> Same Day Turnaround Time
1-2 VSL per Month -> 2-3 Day Turnaround Time

When to Start?:
Today - Have 3 ads and 2 VSL’s that need editing now

Style:
I like motion graphics but not overdone, needs to be tastefully done.
Short form videos will just need captions and good editing between dead space and cleaned up videos.

Requirements:
Adobe + CapCut Professional Understanding and Experience
C1+ English Comprehension
Must already have experience working for other people in the info space
Basic understanding of AI tools and terminology as that’s what my content is about
Skill in LUTs and color correction
Skills in Filming to help me with camera settings

Bonus Role:
I am willing to pay for an additional 2 hours of work per day if you can do content research and content ideation. I have a list of social media pages in my niche for you to follow and give me ideas on new content to film and do. You will need to be obsessed with the AI content niche and fully understand the different tools / content styles.
You will need to deliver me 3 viral video concepts per 2 hour shift and give me examples of other people’s videos. Other people’s videos dont have to be in my niche, and its actually better that way as we can be the first in my niche on a specific topic / news source
You will have to spend lots of time familiarizing yourself with my content, the way I speak and my competitors and my niche

Onboarding:
We will conduct an interview call and see if we are a good fit.
You will edit one short form ad for free and see how it comes out, if good, we will continue working together

Hubstaff will be used
Communication will be through ---------- and WhatsApp
Wise will be used for payments
