Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Santa Rita Partners operates three home organization brands across multiple U.S. markets. We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day execution and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and our CRM/marketing automation platform, working directly with ownership and our fractional CMO to keep campaigns optimized and reporting accurate.

This is a hands-on, early-career role. We’re looking for someone with a working knowledge of paid media platforms who’s eager to grow into a more senior marketing role as our business scales.

What You'll Do

• Manage and monitor Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple markets and brands, including budget pacing, keyword and audience optimization, and search term review.

• Build and maintain accurate reporting on campaign performance, pulling data from Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and our CRM into a consistent weekly format.

• Work alongside our CRM administrator to ensure lead source attribution and reporting stay accurate and complete.

• Flag performance issues or opportunities proactively, with a recommendation attached, not just a number.

• Support ad-hoc requests from ownership and the fractional CMO, including campaign audits, competitive research, and testing new tools or tactics.

What We're Looking For

• Some hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns, whether through a previous role, internship, agency experience, or self-directed work.

• Comfortable with data and reporting; you don’t need to be a spreadsheet expert, but you should be able to build a clean report and explain what it means.

• Someone who wants direction and is coachable, not someone looking to work fully autonomously on day one.

• Bonus if you have any exposure to a CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
