JOB DESCRIPTION

I'm a UGC creator based in Bali producing short form content for brand campaigns. I need a simple, reliable editor who can follow a set format and turn around videos quickly.

The editing process is straightforward. I film the talking head, you have access to all brand images and promo assets, and your job is to align the images with the voiceover context. You'll have model videos to reference so you know exactly what the finished product should look like, and once you've done one or two you'll have the format down.

The editing process:

• Import images and talking head footage into CapCut
• Upload talking head as an overlay and remove the background
• Cut and align the talking head with the images to match the voiceover
• Add text overlays and background music
• Follow the aesthetic guidelines — model videos provided so the look is clear

What I'm looking for:

• Comfortable with CapCut
• Fast turnaround — 24–48 hours per video
• Reliable and consistent — this is ongoing work that'll have a demand every day, and if videos are good and turnaround is fast there are bonuses to be taken.
• Good eye for aesthetics — you'll have references but need to apply judgment
• No prior UGC experience required — just ability to follow a clear format
