We're looking for a YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create 3–5 thumbnails daily.
Requirements
- Strong Photoshop skills (required)
- Experience with AI tools like GPT Image, Nano Banana, FLUX (Midjourney is a plus)
- Able to generate, edit, and combine AI images into high-CTR thumbnails
- Good English communication
- Creative, reliable, and able to meet daily deadlines
