About Thuy and The Future Creator
Thuy Le ---------- is a British-Vietnamese content creator and professional makeup artist with over 1.9M combined following. Her content lives where makeup, skincare and motherhood meet — the beauty and skincare expertise her audience has followed her for over years, and the honest, real-life side of being a new mum. Her community is women who've grown up with her, many now becoming mothers themselves, who trust her taste and her honesty. You need to genuinely understand that world, because her voice is the brand.
The Future Creator is her new brand: an AI-powered platform that teaches women to build an extra £1–5k a month using content and AI — through simple tools, personalised content plans, and a cohort program we're building now (think a modern, AI-native school for creators). It's for women, especially mums, who want a creative income around their real lives. You'd run the content engine across ---------- and The Future Creator, and the systems you build become the model we teach thousands of women.
The role
You are head of content across Thuy's personal brand ---------- and The Future Creator. You d ---------- what gets posted and why, you brief Thuy on exactly what to film so she can just show up and record, and you direct our editors on what videos need to get it made. This is a hands-on manager role: you set the strategy and you run the day-to-day yourself — scheduling, posting, community and graphics are all yours. You report to Thuy and run a weekly planning-and-reporting rhythm, working to an approval flow: ideas approved before filming, posts approved before they go live.
You'll own
Content strategy & calendar across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for both brands — each platform run to its own best practice, not one strategy copy-pasted three ways.
Forward planning — months of content mapped ahead with full briefs and scripts ready to film, plus weekly brainstorming sessions for future content, campaigns and brand initiatives.
Filming briefs — hooks, angles, formats, scripts, pulled from trend and competitor research, so Thuy just shows up.
The content queue & b-roll library — what's in progress, shot, or missing, flagged before it becomes a gap.
The repurposing system — turning one filmed asset into cuts across YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Reels, carousels and stories, so we get maximum output from every filming day.
Directing editors — briefing, reviewing output, keeping the pipeline moving and on-brand.
Jumping in yourself when a trend needs same-day turnaround — you can edit a quick version faster than routing it through editors
Scheduling, posting & community management across all platforms — responding to comments and DMs promptly and professionally, and coordinating giveaways.
Graphics — thumbnails, social graphics, course slides, carousels (photoshop/Canva/figma required).
Owning the analytics — reading what's working weekly and turning it into next month's content bets (not just reporting numbers, changing the plan because of them), plus a monthly performance report across all social platforms with clear recommendations.
Brand voice — learning and protecting Thuy's voice across every caption, script and member post.
Conversion awareness on content — you know which pieces are conversion plays, you flag when a ManyChat trigger belongs on one, and you route any pre-sale or product question from comments/DMs to Ops so no buyer question slips through.
Have a clear understanding of email & creating newsletters with good copy
Shoppable content & affiliate storefronts — keeping the Amazon storefront and LTK ( ---------- ) updated with shoppable recommendations, and affiliate links accurate across platforms.
Brand-deal pipeline — inbound, deliverables, timelines (Thuy d ---------- which deals).
Cohort/course content — what gets filmed, scripting, competitor research, member-facing content as we launch.
SOPs & teachable frameworks — documenting everything you run as simple, repeatable systems, so the content engine works without the founder AND becomes the model we later teach our customers. What you build here becomes the product.
EXCEPTIONAL ORGANISATIONAL & CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.
MUST BE AI FLUENT
Success in your first 90 days
A live content calendar and queue across all platforms with months of briefs ahead of schedule, a healthy b-roll library with gaps flagged early, steady weekly output through AdClips (plus your own fast-turnaround trend edits), filming briefs Thuy can shoot from with zero back-and-forth, a monthly performance report, and measurable movement on the numbers that matter — follower growth, reach, saves/shares and email sign-ups driven from content.
You must have
2+ years managing content and at least one person or agency/freelancer — briefing, reviewing, holding deadlines. This is a management role, not a solo content role.
Clear platform-specific strategy knowledge — YouTube, TikTok and Instagram each run differently, and you know how.
Genuine AI fluency — daily use of Claude/ChatGPT (and ideally Descript, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) to research, script and speed up content — and you keep upgrading your AI skills as new tools emerge, not just the ones you know today.
Ability to distil how you work into clear frameworks others can follow — you can teach it, not just do it.
Basic editing ability — enough to jump on a fast-moving trend yourself without waiting on AdClips.
Fluency with Notion, Asana, Slack, and a social scheduler (Rella/Metricool or similar).
Strong written English and a real feel for hooks and short-form.
Graphic design ability — clean thumbnails, social graphics and slides, unsupervised.
Initiative — you spot gaps in the calendar, queue or b-roll library and act, you don't wait to be told.
Understanding of funnels, lead magnets, and how ManyChat triggers connect to content — not building them, but knowing when content needs one.
Utilising Claude Co work/Claude code within your content creation workflow
Nice to have: experience with creator-education or course content, on-camera comfort.
Not for you if: you need a brief for every piece of content, you've never managed another person's or agency's output, or you only plan one week at a time.
How to apply
Start your application with the word CREATOR.
In 3–4 sentences: one content gap or opportunity you see ---------- or The Future Creator right now, and which AI tools you'd use to act on it.
In 3–4 sentences: a content project or team you ran end to end — which tool you ran it in, and what you did when someone missed a deadline.
Attach a portfolio or a 1–2 minute Loom, and list the tools you've actually used.
Applications missing the word CREATOR or the management answer won't be read. Shortlisted candidates get a TRIAL task and a live call.
