What You’ll Do:

• Design Performance-Driven Ads – - Create visually compelling, high-converting ads for Facebook , Instagram, and other paid media platforms.

• Optimize Email Campaigns – Design and refine email templates, newsletters, and automated flows to maximize engagement and revenue.

• Enhance Brand Aesthetic – Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.

• Misc Design – Work on ads, email s, social media graphics, packaging, photo editing, and everything in between.

• A/B Testing & Performance Analysis – - Continuously test and optimize creative assets based on performance metrics.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with marketing, content, and product teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.

• Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with the latest design, social media, and email marketing trends to push creative boundaries.

• Leverage Data – Utilize data and intuition to develop high-performing ads.

What You Bring to the Table:

? 5+ years of experience in performance creative (agency or in-house) with a focus on performance creative and email marketing
? Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
? Proven ability to create high-converting Facebook & Instagram ad creatives
? Experience designing email templates for Klaviyo or similar platforms
? A strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital campaigns
? Analytical mindset – able to iterate based on performance data
? Excellent communication and project management skills

Bonus Points For:

? Motion graphics or video editing skills (this is a HUGE plus!)
? Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or fitness industries
? Familiarity with web design and landing page optimization
? Experience with direct-response marketing and copy-driven creatives
