Sales Development Representative (Setter) – Short-Term Rental Co-Hosting (Remote)

About Us

The Rental Club is a boutique short-term rental management company in Paphos. We take over the complete operation of holiday villas and apartments for property owners – from listing creation and dynamic pricing to guest communication, cleaning coordination and maintenance. Our owners earn more while doing nothing. We are growing our portfolio and are looking for a driven salesperson to bring new properties under management.

Your Role

You have one goal: fill our pipeline with qualified property owners and book them into discovery calls with the founder, who handles the closing. How you generate leads is largely up to you – we care about results, not process. Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and approaching villa and apartment owners in the Paphos region who currently self-manage their rentals or rent long-term
• Prospecting via ---------- listings, Bazaraki, Facebook expat groups, LinkedIn and email
• Building referral partnerships remotely with real estate agents, developers, property lawyers and service providers (cleaning, pool, garden)
• Qualifying interested owners and booking discovery calls directly into the founder's calendar
• Maintaining a simple pipeline/CRM and reporting weekly on activity and booked appointments

Your Profile

• Proven sales or business development experience – ideally in real estate, hospitality or property management, but hunger beats CV
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Greek and/or Russian are a strong plus
• Fully remote role – you can work from anywhere, as long as you cover Cyprus-friendly working hours
• Self-starter who works independently and is comfortable with cold outreach – calls, email s, DMs, platfor ---------- ssages
• Comfortable talking numbers at a basic level (rental yield, occupancy) to spark interest and qualify owners
• Well-connected in the local expat or property scene is a big advantage
