E-commerce Video Editor (Meta Ads / Shorts / Reels) – 3 Videos Per Day

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented, creative, and highly reliable Video Editor from the Philippines to join our team for a long-term position. This is an output-based role where you will be responsible for delivering 3 high-quality edited videos per day, every day (short-form content for Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Reels).

We will fully onboard and train you on our specific video concepts and styles that are already proven to work. If you understand fast pacing, engaging hooks, text animations, and how to keep the viewer's attention, you will thrive in this position. Key Responsibilities:
-Edit raw footage into polished, high-engaging vertical videos.
-Add dynamic captions, subtitles, sound effects (SFX), and background music.
-Handle framing, zooming, color grading, and audio cleaning.
-Deliver exactly 3 completed videos every day according to our agreed deadline.

Video Length:
The videos will be short-form vertical content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts style in 9:16), typically between 10 to 60 seconds long per video.

Follow guidelines and maintain a consistent editing style.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor (a strong portfolio of short-form content is mandatory).

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro.

Great attention to detail and ability to implement constructive feedback quickly.

Communication & Workflow:
Daily Communication: We will use WhatsApp or discord for all our daily chats, quick updates, and feedback. You must be comfortable using WhatsApp or discord for work.

Language: All communication, instructions, and feedback will be in English.

Project Management: We will use Google Drive to share raw assets and upload finished videos.

Salary & Hours:

Type: Part-time/fulltime (Around 20-25 hours per week). Fully output-based (3 videos/day).

Salary: $850 USD per month (Fixed flat rate based on full daily delivery). Paid bi-weekly or monthly via bank transfer.
