eBay/Amazon Expert

We are looking for an experienced eBay & Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our marketplace stores across all powersports disciplines, including motocross, dirt bike, ATV, UTV, street motorcycle, personal watercraft, and snowmobile.

This person will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our eBay and Amazon accounts, including customer communication, product catalog organization, listing quality, marketplace compliance, and the overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands how eBay and Amazon operate, and is comfortable managing a large catalog of parts, gear, and accessories.

Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of our eBay and Amazon stores
Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions and order concerns
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and marketplace feedback
Create, update, and optimize product listings
Organize products into the correct categories and product families
Improve listing titles, descriptions, images, item specifics, and fitment information
Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or incorrectly categorized listings
Monitor inventory, pricing, order status, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Handle marketplace cases, claims, and account-related issues
Maintain strong seller performance and account health
Ensure listings follow all eBay and Amazon policies
Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rates, and product visibility
Work with the internal team to improve catalog accuracy and customer experience
Become familiar with products across multiple powersports disciplines
Qualifications
Previous experience managing an eBay or Amazon seller account
Strong understanding of marketplace listings, categories, item specifics, and seller performance
Excellent written communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and comfortable managing a large product catalog
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify problems and take ownership of resolving them
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other catalog-management tools
Preferred Experience
Experience selling powersports, automotive, motorcycle, or aftermarket parts
Familiarity with motorcycle and powersports fitment data
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub
Experience handling returns, claims, negative feedback, and marketplace disputes
Experience improving listings for search visibility and conversion
Knowledge of marketplace inventory or multichannel management systems
