Shopify & Klaviyo Email Marketing Assistant (Contract / Remote)

We're looking for an experienced Shopify & Klaviyo Assistant to help set up and optimize an email marketing system. This is a project-based (contract) role with the opportunity for future projects.

Responsibilities
-Clean and organize Klaviyo email lists
-Migrate and optimize email marketing from Shopify Email to Klaviyo
-Set up and optimize Klaviyo account settings
-Create a Shopify landing page for a Lead Magnet
-Connect Lead Magnet forms with Klaviyo
-Build email automation flows and email sequences
-Set up and optimize essential Klaviyo flows, including:
Welcome Series (to update)
Lead Magnet Delivery
Abandoned Cart
Browse Abandonment
Customer Thank You
Post-Purchase Follow-up
Win-back Flow
Sunset / List Cleaning Flow
Create customer segments and email lists
-Test all automations to ensure they are working properly
-Provide a brief walkthrough or documentation of the completed setup

Requirements
Proven experience with Shopify
Proven experience using Klaviyo
Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and customer journeys
Familiar with Shopify apps and integrations
Able to work independently and recommend best practices
Strong attention to detail

Compensation
USD $5–6 per hour
Contract / Project-based
Work on an as-needed basis (no fixed weekly hours)
