Sales Receptionist/ Social Media

Customer Service & Sales
Answer incoming phone calls, texts, Facebook , Instagram, and Google messages.
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
Recommend the correct detailing package based on the customer's needs.
Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
Follow up with every lead that doesn't book the same day or the following day.
Contact customers after their appointments to ensure they were satisfied and request a Google review.
Introduce customers to our maintenance program.

Social Media & Marketing
Post 2–3 times daily on Instagram, Facebook , Facebook Groups, and Nextdoor.
Respond to comments and direct messages.
Create engaging captions, stories, and posts showcasing completed details.
Help promote seasonal specials and company promotions.

Customer Outreach
Reach out to 100 potential customers each day through Facebook , Instagram, or other approved platforms.
Introduce Express Detailing and our services.
Generate new leads and book appointments.
Keep track of all outreach and follow-up conversations.

Administrative Tasks
Keep customer information organized.
Maintain notes on leads and follow-ups.
Help ensure appointments are confirmed and customers receive reminders.
Communicate with the detailing team about daily schedules and customer requests.

What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.
Comfortably sell services without being pushy.
Organized and dependable.
Familiar with Facebook , Instagram, and basic social media.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service, sales, or receptionist experience is a plus but not required—we'll train the right person.
