Manage AR/AP tasks where applicable (invoicing, allocations, supplier bills, payment summaries)

Compliance and EOFY support
Support BAS/IAS workflows (workpapers, checks, supporting schedules)

Assist with EOFY preparation: reconciliations, schedules, and “ready for tax” files

Ensure files are clean and complete for Senior Accountant review and client queries

Proactively manage workflow, priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups

Keep job/task status updated in Xero Practice Manager

Follow up clients for missing documents and clarify outstanding items

High-quality computer and reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for full-time remote work

Bonus (not essential):
Experience with Now Infinity

Work schedule and availability
