I’m looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help grow my Amazon Influencer and Amazon Affiliate business. My main priority is scaling my Amazon Influencer account, so I’m looking for someone who understands the platform or is eager to become an expert.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about e-commerce, social media, and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and help grow my Amazon Influencer account
• Assist with my Amazon Affiliate Program
• Research trending and viral Amazon products with strong earning potential
• Use tools such as Viral Vue (experience preferred) to identify winning products and market trends
• Find products trending on Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
• Edit short-form videos for Amazon, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook , and YouTube Shorts
• Upload and organize Amazon shoppable videos
• Help create and organize UGC (User-Generated Content)
• Optimize Amazon storefront content and product organization
• Maintain spreadsheets and track product performance
• Stay up to date on Amazon Influencer Program updates and best practices
• Recommend new strategies to grow commissions and increase conversions

Requirements

• Experience with the Amazon Influencer Program is highly preferred
• Experience with the Amazon Associates (Affiliate) Program is a plus
• Strong product research skills
• Experience finding viral or trending products
• Video editing experience using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Problem solver with a proactive mindset

Bonus Skills

• Experience using Viral Vue or similar Amazon research tools
• Experience creating Amazon shoppable videos
• Knowledge of TikTok trends and viral content
• Familiarity with Creator Connections
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Graphic design or social media management experience
