Steady Hands Care is hiring an experienced home care specialist who can:

Find new clients and referral sources
Contact case managers, hospitals, and social workers
Handle Medicaid billing and payroll
Manage EVV, documentation, and onboarding
Use THERAP confidently

Requirements:

U.S. home care/PCA experience
THERAP experience
Strong English and organization
Able to work independently

Pay: Monthly salary plus performance bonuses. The more qualified clients you help bring in, the more you earn.
