Senior Full-Stack Developer – Vacation Rental Website & Beds24 Integration

We are a French vacation rental management agency managing approximately 60 properties across the French Riviera, Provence and the French Alps.

We distribute our properties through Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other platforms, as well as through our own website. We are now looking for an experienced Philippines-based full-stack developer to build the next generation of o?ur website and platform.

This is not a simple showcase website. The project will be developed progressively and may lead to a long-term collaboration.

Project scope

Phase 1 – New website

Modern, responsive and fast website
Individual pages for approximately 60 properties
Advanced property search and filters
Multilingual structure, initially French and English
SEO-friendly architecture
Easy content and property management
Migration of existing content
Phase 2 – Beds24 integration and direct bookings

Display real-time availability and prices from Beds24
Availability calendars on every property page
Search by dates, destination, capacity and amenities
Direct booking process
Secure online payment integration
Integration through the Beds24 API or booking engine
Automatic import and updating of property information where appropriate
Phase 3 – Centralized reservation management

Internal dashboard
Centralized display of bookings from all connected platforms
Reservation search and management
Guest, payment and invoice information
Staff access with different permission levels
Phase 4 – Centralized guest messaging

Display conversations from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo/Abritel, Expedia and direct guests
Read and reply to messages from one interface
Message templates and automated messages
Conversation history linked to each reservation
Phase 5 – Property owner portal

Secure individual owner accounts
Past, current and future reservations
Owner revenue and financial information
Statements and invoices
Occupancy and performance reports
Possibility for owners to request changes to their property information, subject to ?our approval
Required experience

At least five years of full-stack web development experience
Strong experience building production SaaS applications or business platforms
Advanced API and webhook integration experience
Experience with authentication, user permissions and secure databases
Experience with React/Next.js, Vue or a comparable modern framework
Experience with Node.js, Laravel, Python or a comparable backend technology
Good understanding of security, GDPR and personal-data protection
Strong written and spoken English
Ability to document the architecture and code
Reliable availability for a long-term collaboration
Experience with Beds24, Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, Smoobu or another PMS/channel manager would be a major advantage.

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will first receive a paid technical assignment involving a small Beds24 API integration.

All source code must be stored in ?o?ur GitHub repository. Hosting, databases, third-party accounts and infrastructure will remain under CasaBooking’s ownership.

Full-time availability preferred during the 3–4 month development period, with the possibility of ongoing maintenance and future development work.
