E-commerce Email Designer

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Email Designer to join our growing email marketing agency.

You will design high-quality, conversion-focused email campaigns and automated flows for e-commerce brands. Most projects will be completed in Figma using copy, brand guidelines, examples, and creative direction provided by our team.

This is a high-output role. You should be able to produce up to five email designs per working day, depending on complexity, while maintaining strong quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Design promotional campaigns and automated email flows

Turn provided copy and direction into polished, conversion-focused designs

Follow client brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

Create clear hierarchy, strong calls to action, and mobile-friendly layouts

Organize Figma files, frames, layers, and assets professionally

Complete revisions accurately and on time

Communicate clearly about progress, questions, and delays

Review all work carefully before submission

Requirements:

Previous design experience

Strong proficiency in Figma

A portfolio with relevant design work

Experience designing for e-commerce brands

Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition

Excellent attention to detail

Reliable communication and availability

Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply feedback

Reliable computer and internet connection

Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify brands, email marketing agencies, and automated email flows is preferred.
