Operations Manager (Remote) – Marketing Agency | $650/month | Systems & SOP Builder

Hey, I'm Moe, founder of BYMOE Productions, a marketing agency based out of Boston. We install client acquisition systems for local service businesses: video ads, organic content, DM conversion, and client success. We have the clients, the team, and the demand. What we need is the person who makes the machine run without me in the middle of it.

This is NOT a VA role. We've had task-doers before. We're hiring a builder and an owner.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:

• Build and document SOPs for fulfillment, onboarding, and client handoffs
• Set up and maintain KPI tracking across sales, fulfillment, and client success
• Own our project management boards and keep every deliverable assigned, dated, and moving
• Run weekly ops reviews: stalled deliverables, missing approvals, overdue handoffs, launch blockers
• Coordinate editors, appointment setters, and client success so nothing waits on the founder
• Spot bottlenecks and fix them before they become client problems

YOU'RE A FIT IF:

• 3+ years in operations or project management for an agency or online business
• You've built systems from scratch, not just followed them
• Strong written English and fully comfortable working async on Slack
• Experience with Asana or Monday.com, Google Sheets, and CRMs (GoHighLevel is a plus)
• You take ownership without being chased

DETAILS:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• At least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time
• $650/month
