Female Affiliate Growth Assistant and Social Media Outreach (Remote — Philippines)

We are a growing online education brand looking for an organized, reliable and proactive Affiliate Outreach Assistant. We need a female growth assistant comfortable with social media research and communication.

Your role will be helping us identify potential partners, organize outreach campaigns, manage communications, and support affiliate relationships.

Responsibilities:

Research potential partners and content creators
Build and maintain outreach lists
Send professional outreach messages
Track responses and follow-ups
Maintain spreadsheets and organization systems
Assist with affiliate onboarding processes
Provide weekly activity reports

Requirements:

Strong written English communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable researching online
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook , and Google Sheets
Able to work independently

Preferred:

Previous experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, sales, or lead generation

Compensation:
$500 USD/month
Part-time, long-term opportunity
20 hours per week. About 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
