Vacation Rental Manager

I am considering opening a vacation rental management division of my real estate company in Baja California, Mexico. To start with, it will be a small boutique local company, but eventually the goal is to expand to other locations. I am looking for an experienced manager or assistant manager with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and other platform experience. I also have Go High Level and want to incorporate my systems to build an easily managed company that can grow as I wish it to. If you speak Spanish, it is a plus, but a good English accent with both written and verbal communication is essential.
