About Me:
My name is Trace Martin.

I'm a professional golf coach building an online education business that helps golfers improve through simple, easy-to-understand instruction.

My goal is to build one of the world's best online golf education platforms through short-form content, online courses, and 1-on-1 coaching.

I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with the business for years, not just complete a few editing projects.

Position

I'm looking for a reliable Content Manager & Video Editor to take ownership of everything that happens after I finish filming.

My goal is to spend my time coaching, filming, and creating new ideas while you help organize, edit, publish, and manage the content.

This is a long-term remote position.

Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels
• Edit TikTok videos
• Edit YouTube Shorts
• Edit YouTube videos (eventually)
• Add captions
• Add music when appropriate
• Add graphics and simple animations
• Create engaging hooks
• Improve pacing and viewer retention

Content Management

• Schedule content across platforms
• Upload videos to social media
• Upload lessons to Skillest
• Repurpose long-form videos into shorter clips
• Repurpose Reels into Skillest lessons
• Organize Google Drive folders
• Organize video files
• Keep projects organized and easy to find

Growth

As we grow, I'd love for this role to expand into:

• Thumbnail creation
• Basic graphic design
• YouTube management
• Email marketing support
• Course uploads
• SOP documentation
• Workflow improvements
• Content ideas

Work Hours

Flexible.

Initially, this will likely be a part-time position (10–20 hours per week), with the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the business expands.

What Success Looks Like

My ideal workflow is simple:

I film.

I upload the raw footage.

You take care of everything else.

That includes editing, organizing, scheduling, uploading, and helping keep the content machine running smoothly.
