Industrial Engineer (Entry Level Opportunity for Industrial Engineering Graduates)

NOTE

Must have an earned degree in Industrial Engineering. No prior work experience is required. Position includes paid training and certification (when needed) is included. The work schedule is 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PHT) for all roles Mon - Fri. You must also be fluent in English.

DESCRIPTION

We are a growing tech company that specializes in the software development of products for colleges, universities, and government agencies throughout the United States. The Industrial Engineer will leverage industrial engineering methods to improve the processes, quality, and overall user experience of our SaaS technology. They will oversee the feedback management process, performing intake reviews of product-related feedback, interviewing internal domain experts to determine prioritization metrics using the RICE framework (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort), and translating insights into clear, actionable tickets for the product team. Additionally, they will conduct usability and user acceptance testing, perform market and competitor research, assist in developing knowledge base articles, provide usability support by triaging and resolving customer tickets, and perform other duties as assigned to ensure our products consistently meet user needs and expectations.
