Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for an experienced real estate cold caller to join our team in what we hope will become a long-term role. You must be fluent and experienced with BatchDialer or a similar software, and have previous experience in real estate cold calling, house wholesaling, land wholesaling, or a similar field. You will be using an automated dialer to call property owners about their land. When a seller is interested in selling, you will ask a few basic questions, including their asking price and other important property details, and enter the information into a lead form.

This is a very straightforward role. Your primary goal is to have quality conversations with sellers and import as many qualified leads as possible each day.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with BatchDialer
• Experienced in real estate cold calling or wholesaling
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable speaking with property owners
• Reliable, consistent, and hardworking
• Able to work efficiently and generate a high volume of leads
• NEED TO BE READY TO START ASAP
