????? Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Podcast Editor & Publisher)

I'm looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant with prior podcast editing experience to help manage my weekly podcast.

This is an ongoing position (approximately 2–5 hours per week) with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities as my business grows.

Responsibilities

• Edit weekly podcast episodes (remove mistakes, awkward pauses, filler words, and improve audio quality)
• Add intro/outro music and ensure episodes sound polished and professional
• Write episode titles and show notes (AI tools are welcome!)
• Upload and schedule episodes through my podcast hosting platform
• Keep podcast files organized and ensure episodes are published on time

Future Opportunities

As the podcast grows, I'd love to expand this role to include:

• Uploading episodes to YouTube
• Creating simple podcast assets and thumbnails
• Repurposing podcast episodes into social media content

Requirements

Podcast editing experience is required. Please only apply if you've edited podcasts before.
