About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Video Editor for a YouTube channel focused on The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.
This role is for someone who is genuinely passionate about Tolkien's world. We're not just looking for someone who's watched the movies, we're looking for someone who knows the lore, characters, locations, and the world of Middle-earth. That passion should naturally come through in your edits.
Requirements
- Strong experience editing long-form YouTube videos
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual flow
- Able to source high-quality visuals, including official artwork, film footage, gameplay, cinematics, and fan art
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be a genuine fan of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit
