Outbound Sales / Cold Caller — Real Estate Wholesaling
We're hiring an experienced cold caller to join our real estate wholesaling team. You'll be making outbound calls to property owners (motivated sellers, expired listings, absentee owners, etc.), qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.
Requirements:

Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (real estate experience a plus)
Strong English communication skills, confident phone presence
Comfortable handling objections and following a script/action plan
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Familiarity with dialers/CRMs (Mojo, etc.) a plus

Schedule: 9 am -12 PM 1 PM-6 PM
Pay: $5 per hour
