About Us
We are building Reach Repair Marketing. A local search marketing company designed to help businesses reach their customers consistently and professionally by boosting their online visibility. We are looking for a talented, proactive Web Specialist to join our small, agile team. This role starts as a part-time position (5–10 hours a week) focused on building our own agency website. For the right person, this role has the potential to scale into more hours and eventually a full-time position as we transition to building and managing websites for our clients. The Web Specialist will have the opportunity to help shape our web division. You'll also have the flexibility to choose the work schedule that best fits you and your needs while working part time.
The Role & Responsibilities
Your initial project will be designing and developing the Reach Repair Marketing company website. Moving forward, you will:

- Edit, update, maintain, and optimize existing websites (both internal and client-facing).
- Ensure all sites are fast, mobile-responsive, visually stunning, and highly functional.
- Implement foundational technical, on-page SEO best practices during the build process.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- A Solid Portfolio: You must have a portfolio of live websites or case studies demonstrating your design and development skills.
- Platform Expertise: Strong experience building in Webflow and/or WordPress.
- UI/UX & Conversion Mindset: You don't just build pretty pages; you understand how user experience, layout, and structure drive conversions.
- White-Hat SEO & Google Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong grasp of SEO principles. Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals is required.
- Eagle Eye for Detail: You spot alignment issues, broken links, and formatting errors before anyone else does.
- Communication & Teamwork: Great English communication skills. You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a close-knit, small team setting.
- Industry Savvy: Forward-thinking and eager to stay up-to-date with digital marketing, design trends, and algorithm changes.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Experience specific to local service-based business industries.
