ABOUT THE POSITION

We are a growing U.S.-based technology company that develops software for colleges, universities, and government agencies.

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate to join our team as a Product Analyst. No prior work experience is required. This position includes substantial paid training and certification opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform software accessibility and usability testing.

Conduct extensive product audits, document findings, and work with engineering teams to resolve identified issues.

Document product features, procedures, and business processes.

Document product changes for learning and development teams.

Provide customer and partner support through chat, email , and phone.

Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.

Fluent written and spoken English.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and interest in long-term employment.

Confident, outgoing, and comfortable expressing ideas and asking questions.

Comfortable appearing on camera and actively participating in regular one-on-one and group video meetings.

Private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

Available Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM Philippine Time.

REPORTING AND COLLABORATION

The Product Engineer will report to the Product Operations Manager and regularly work with company leadership, including the CEO, who leads product strategy.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The position pays PHP 30,000 per month and includes benefits, a company-provided laptop, paid training, certification opportunities, and opportunities for compensation increases as you grow with the organization.
