We're hiring a Part-Time Graphic Designer for templated, drag-and-drop Canva design work — Pinterest pins, Facebook graphics, and basic short-form edits for Grace Inspired Life — an Amazon Influencer brand built around authentic product reviews, affiliate content, and a growing niche media portfolio.

This is not original graphic design or brand-building work — you'll be executing inside our existing Canva templates and brand kit, quickly and cleanly, not designing from scratch.

This is a very narrow, part-time, deliverables-based role (~20 hours/week). YouTube involvement is limited to verifying and scheduling a post where the links, titles, descriptions, and thumbnail are already AI-generated for you — you're checking that it looks right and hitting schedule, nothing more. Tailwind is used only to schedule the Canva designs you've already made out to ---------- and Facebook — you won't be managing social media accounts. You should already be comfortable in Canva, Tailwind, and understand Amazon ASIN system. Training on our methods will be provided but this is not a role where we teach those tools from scratch.

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS

All new hires begin with a paid 30-day training period to learn our brand kit, workflows, and standards. At the end of 30 days, we'll make a final hiring decision based on performance and fit. You'll have 30-minute check-ins three times a week with the owner at 8 pm EST.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Canva / Social Media Graphics

• Create Canva graphics to support the storefront using our brand kit. These are simple drop and drag formatted graphics using approved products. Original creations are not necessary. Canva Pro provided. Knowledge of the Amazon ASIN system is a plus.
• Upload finished pins to ---------- and Facebook as needed via the provided Tailwind tool.

YouTube

• Check and schedule already-uploaded videos to go live. Three videos per day need to be scheduled weekly. Use the provided AI tool, VidIQ, to generate metadata and thumbnail. These do not need to be created by the designer.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Prior experience in graphic design or social media content creation required
• Demonstrated Canva proficiency — show us pin/graphic samples
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to hit a weekly content quota independently
• Reliable internet (100 Mbps+ down/up) and a capable computer
• Basic familiarity with Amazon Influencer Program disclosure rules — you'll be creating content adjacent to affiliate products. Full compliance training provided, but you should know going in: proper disclosure wording is mandatory, and product imagery must come through the Canva Amazon Creator app only — never raw screenshots or outside sourcing.
