About Us

Toasted Binder is a growing custom AI fan-art trading card business selling on Whatnot, eBay, Etsy, and TikTok. We're looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help manage our online presence across TikTok, eBay, and ---------- as we scale.

What You'll Do — Core Focus

TikTok (main priority — daily content creation & posting)

• Create and post a video daily, no exceptions
• Use our proven format: multi-card reveal videos (~12-13 seconds), strongest card first, short girl-coded captions, max 5 hashtags including #toastedbinder, royalty-free audio
• Monitor comments, engage with our community, track performance (views, shares, completion rate)

---------- (keep it fun and active)

• Help launch and run our new fan-art-only ---------- (migrating from our existing combined TCG/fanart server)
• Set up channels, roles, and a welcoming vibe from day one
• Keep the server genuinely lively — start conversations, run games/giveaways/Q&As, welcome new members personally, make it a place people want to hang out, not just a listing board
• Day-to-day moderation

eBay Listing Management

• Create new listings following our exact formula: titles starting with "CUSTOM FAN ART," character names only (no franchise names), under 80 characters, category always Collectibles ? Non-Sport Trading Cards ? Other
• Maintain and update existing listings (pricing, photos, descriptions)
• Monitor for policy issues and flag anything that needs review

Nice to Have (Secondary, Not Core)

• Cross-posting content to Instagram
• Helping list on Etsy alongside eBay (pricing set at eBay price +15-20%)

---------- Community Management

• Help manage our ---------- server split — migrating our fan art community to a new dedicated server, separate from our TCG/trading card community
• Set up channels, roles, and welcome flow for the new server
• Moderate day-to-day activity, welcome new members, run occasional engagement (Q&As, giveaways)

What We're Looking For

• Genuinely knows Pokémon — not just casually aware, but a real fan who recognizes characters, gets crossover humor, and can help brainstorm content ideas. This matters most for the ---------- role — you can't keep a Pokémon fan community fun and active if you're not one yourself.
• Can create content, not just post it — comfortable filming/editing short-form video daily, not just scheduling pre-made clips
• Genuinely personable — someone who enjoys chatting with a community, not just moderating quietly
• Strong attention to detail for eBay's strict listing rules (no franchise names in titles/tags/descriptions, exact category placement)
• Reliable — daily TikTok posting means daily commitment, not sporadic availability
• Bonus: experience with fandom/collectibles communities, kawaii aesthetic content, or live-selling platforms (Whatnot)
