Looking for VA / Recruiter for Youtube Media Company

We’re looking for a proactive Recruiter & Hiring Systems Manager to help us find and hire scriptwriters, video editors, researchers, thumbnail designers, and other creative freelancers.

We are a growing media company scaling YouTube channels in the true crime and documentary niches.

You will source candidates across freelance marketplaces, creative communities, social platforms, referrals, and new channels you discover independently. You’ll also create job descriptions, application forms, screening questions, trial tasks, scorecards, SOPs, and applicant-tracking systems.

You must have excellent English, strong judgment, great organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience recruiting for YouTube, media, or creative teams is preferred.

Compensation: $450 monthly base pay plus $20 for every successful hire who completes onboarding and remains active for at least 30 days.
