$$$ Remote Senior Video Editor – Urgent Hiring (Up to $4,000/month)

We're a multi-brand DTC e-commerce group (7-figure brands, US & EU) hiring a senior video editor to lead our ad creative.

Paid ads are our #1 growth lever — we're paying top dollar for a top player.

You must have:

• 3+ years editing for e-commerce / DTC brands
• Proven experience with VSLs + short-form direct-response ads (Meta ads)
• Expert in Premiere Pro + After Effects
• You think like a media buyer: hooks, retention, CTAs, conversion
• Full-time, long-term, fast turnaround, fluent English

This is a senior role — junior/generic editors will not be considered.

Compensation up to $4,000/mo for the right person, depending on the experience.
