We are a luxury real estate and architectural media company seeking a full-time Photo Editor experienced in architectural, interior, and editorial photography.

We want refined, publication-quality images—not bright, flattened, overly saturated, or preset-driven real estate editing. The final work should feel natural, dimensional, polished, and true to the design of each space.

What We Expect
Natural lighting with realistic highlights and shadows
Accurate colors, materials, wood tones, and finishes
Clean whites without distracting color casts
Refined contrast without an HDR appearance
Precise verticals and perspective correction
Natural window pulls and exposure blending
Manual flash-and-ambient blending
No halos, ghosting, harsh masks, or excessive sharpening
Consistent color and mood across complete image sets
Editorial-quality finishing suitable for architects, designers, builders, and publications

Requirements
8+ years of professional photo-editing experience
Strong architectural or interior photography portfolio
Advanced proficiency in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
Expertise in manual blending, masking, color correction, perspective correction, and retouching
Strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and consistent turnaround times

We do not accept automated or outsourced editing through Fotello, AutoHDR, or similar services.
