Email Marketing with Klavyio

About the Role
We're an automation agency supporting growing businesses with digital marketing systems. We're looking for a Remote Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on Klaviyo experience to own our email campaigns end-to-end — from build to optimization.
You must be able to integrate Klaviyo with Stanstore and Zapier. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and confident running email marketing tools, campaign scheduling, and performance analytics, this is a great opportunity in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities

Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns in Klaviyo
Set up and maintain Klaviyo–Stanstore integrations via Zapier
Segment and maintain email lists and databases
Write and test subject lines, copy, and CTAs
Optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Track performance and report on key email metrics
Produce a weekly KPI report (template provided)

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
Experience integrating email platforms with Stanstore and/or Zapier
Strong attention to detail and organization
Good written and verbal English
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Familiarity with A/B testing, CRM tools, and marketing funnels is a plus
