Sales-Minded Virtual Assistant — Instagram DMs & Lead Follow-Up (Long-Term)

I run two businesses in the US — an online clothing and sneaker resale store, and a car rental company serving gig drivers (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft). Both get customer messages every day on Instagram and by text.

I need someone reliable to own those conversations so no customer or lead ever goes ignored.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reply to Instagram DMs and inbound leads (I'll give you access through a tool — you'll never need my passwords)
• Answer common questions: pricing, sizing, availability, how ordering works, how the car rental works
• Qualify leads with a few simple questions and move them toward buying or booking
• Tag and track every lead so nothing gets lost
• Follow up once with people who go quiet
• Send me a short end-of-day summary: messages handled, leads qualified, sales closed, anything urgent

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

• Excellent conversational written English — casual and friendly, not stiff or formal. You'll be writing in my voice, and I'll give you scripts and examples
• Sales instinct — you understand every reply should move toward a next step
• Reliable and responsive during agreed hours
• Comfortable learning a simple tool (ManyChat) — I'll train you
• Customer service, sales, or social media DM experience is a big plus

HOURS & PAY

• Starting at 20 hours/week, growing to full-time based on results
• $350/month to start, with a raise after 30 days if the numbers are good
• This is a long-term role — I want someone who grows with the business, not a one-off gig
