You'll be editing engaging educational videos for YouTube — from punchy short-form talking-head (clipped from long form video) content to visually dynamic edits packed with motion graphics. We value originality and expect you to contribute new ideas that boost viewer engagement.

Requirements:

• Available 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
• Pro-level skills in Premiere Pro (or Final Cut) and After Effects
• Confident with SFX, animations, smooth transitions, etc.
• Able to cleanly embed subtitles, headers, and transcripts
• Dependable with deadlines
• 2–5 years of relevant editing experience
• MOTION GRAPHICS experience

Responsibilities:

• Edit both short- and long-form YouTube content (primarily educational)
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality and consistency
• Suggest creative tweaks to improve viewer retention and performance
