We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Short-Term Rental (STR) Interior Designer to join our team full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming property layouts into stunning, high-converting, and budget-conscious short-term rental spaces.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $1,500 – $2,000 USD (Based on experience and portfolio)

Key Responsibilities
Concept to Creation: Take property floor plans/layouts and build comprehensive interior design concepts tailored specifically for the short-term rental market (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.).

Budget Management: Deliver exceptional, durable, and photogenic designs within strict budget constraints provided by management.

Sourcing & Curation: Select furniture, decor, lighting, and amenities that enhance guest experience and withstand high-traffic hospitality use.

Tech-Driven Design: Utilize AI design tools, 3D rendering software, and digital mood boards to efficiently communicate concepts and speed up the approval process.

Required Qualifications
Extensive Experience: Proven track record as a professional Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio specifically showcasing short-term rental or hospitality projects.

STR Savvy: Deep understanding of what makes a property stand out in listing photos (bold accents, spatial optimization, photo-centric design).

Budget Mastery: Ability to source effectively and design creatively within fixed financial boundaries.

Tech & AI Proficiency: Experience integrating AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, interior AI tools) and standard rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva) into your workflow for fast prototyping.

Communication & Collaboration: Strong English communication skills to collaborate smoothly with our operations team.
