About the Role

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical, creative, and performance-oriented Performance Marketing & Paid Media Specialist to support growth across fast-growing beauty and wellness brands.

This role will focus on customer acquisition, Meta and Google advertising management, creative testing, ad optimization, campaign scaling, and performance reporting across ecommerce channels.

The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, understands direct response creative, is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, and is excited to help build scalable acquisition systems alongside a lean and ambitious team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns
Supporting Google advertising campaigns and performance optimization
Building and testing campaign structures, audiences, and acquisition funnels
Supporting development and iteration of direct-response ad creative
Collaborating with content, UGC, influencer, and ecommerce teams to improve performance
Analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities
Monitoring CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency
Assisting with creative testing strategy and performance feedback loops
Supporting setup and optimization of tracking, attribution, and reporting systems
Utilizing AI-supported tools and workflows where appropriate
Qualifications
Strong experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
Experience with Google Ads preferred
Strong understanding of ecommerce customer acquisition
Understanding of direct-response creative and UGC performance
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in beauty, wellness, or DTC brands preferred
Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively with distributed teams
AI-forward and comfortable leveraging modern tools and systems
