About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Customer Support Representative to join our growing Shopify funnel dropshipping business.

Workload & Compensation:
Part-time
1–2 hours per day to start.
Work during US business hours (2 AM, 4 AM & 6 AM PHT).
Pay: $5 USD/hour.
Hours and responsibilities will increase as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Reply to customer email s quickly and professionally.
Answer customer questions about orders, shipping, and delivery.
Check tracking numbers and provide order updates.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Good written English.
Previous customer service experience.
Shopify experience is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and computer.
