We're hiring 2 Collections Representatives to join our growing remote team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound collection calls
Respond to customer email s
Negotiate payment arrangements
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
At least 1 year of collections experience
Proficient in Google Workspace
---------- or Zendesk experience is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliable and available for a full-time, long-term position
No agencies. Individual applicants only.
Work Schedule
100% Remote
6 days per week
45–55 hours per week
