About the Role

We're a fast-growing email marketing agency that helps ecommerce brands build retention and drive revenue through high-performing Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows.

We're looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist who can strategically plan, manage, build, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows for ecommerce brands.

You'll own the execution of client email marketing—from campaign planning and segmentation to flow management, QA, scheduling, testing, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with our design and strategy teams to ensure every email is launched flawlessly and continuously optimized for results. Copywriting is handled separately, allowing you to focus on execution, strategy, and performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining marketing strategy with technical execution and data-driven optimization.

What You'll Do
Plan and manage monthly email campaign calendars based on client goals, promotions, seasonality, and customer behavior
Build, configure, and optimize Klaviyo flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Sunset, etc.)
Set up, QA, schedule, and launch email campaigns in Klaviyo
Configure customer segmentation, targeting, and dynamic content within Klaviyo
Coordinate with our design team to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and launched on schedule
Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, send times, segmentation, layouts, and campaign strategies to improve performance
Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue, and deliverability
Provide actionable recommendations for improving retention, engagement, and campaign performance
Maintain and optimize existing automations and customer journeys
Ensure all campaigns and flows are thoroughly tested across devices before launch
Stay current on Klaviyo best practices, new platform features, and ecommerce email marketing trends
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing Klaviyo email marketing for ecommerce brands
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and retention strategies
Experience building and managing automated flows and campaign calendars
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and running A/B tests
Deep proficiency with Klaviyo and Shopify
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Comfortable collaborating with designers, account managers, and strategists
Excellent communication skills and ability to present recommendations backed by data
Nice-to-Haves
Experience managing SMS marketing in Klaviyo
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Google Analytics, or similar ecommerce reporting platforms
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor email troubleshooting
Experience working within ecommerce marketing agencies
