We are a leading Australian property investment company helping Australians build long-term wealth through strategic property investment. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Saturday (minimum 8 hours per day), with Sunday roster work required when necessary. We need candicates who can work for us exclusively only.
In this role, you will develop and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, and our website. You will work closely with our Sales and Media teams to improve campaign performance, generate qualified leads, optimise landing pages, conduct A/B testing, analyse marketing performance, and assist in booking appointments for our consultants when required.
To be successful, you should have proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, with strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, AI tools, and other digital marketing platforms will be highly regarded. You must have excellent English communication skills, strong analytical ability, and be organised, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve KPIs.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads, maintain a low cost per lead, improve campaign performance and ROAS, increase conversion rates, and contribute to appointment bookings and overall business growth.
You don't need to have much past exeperience as we will train you. However, it is be a bonus if you have been working on similiar role before.
