Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support & Document Management
Organize, update, and maintain important business documents, including employee records, contracts, SOPs, and onboarding materials.
Create and manage organized digital filing systems using platforms such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
Ensure documents are properly labeled, updated, version-controlled, and easily accessible for tea ---------- mbers.
2. SOP Creation & Process Documentation
Review training videos and educational materials related to luxury residential cleaning services.
Identify key procedures, techniques, tools, and workflow processes.
Convert video-based information into clear, professional written SOPs, operational manuals, and service checklists.
Create documentation for services such as deep cleaning, specialty cleaning, and future premium service offerings.
Regularly review and improve documentation as company processes develop.
3. Business Platform Support (Training Provided)
Learn and assist with managing the BookingKoala platform.
Help organize service offerings, pricing details, and service descriptions to align with company standards and website information.
Develop internal guides and documentation to support future team training.
Previous BookingKoala experience is not required; a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Research companies within the residential cleaning and luxury home services industries.
Analyze competitor pricing, service packages, customer offerings, and market positioning.
Prepare clear summaries and reports with valuable insights and recommendations.
Focus on actionable findings rather than simply collecting information.
5. Social Media Management & Content Coordination
Create, optimize, and maintain business profiles on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
Transform existing content into engaging social media posts.
Write captions, identify relevant hashtags, and maintain consistent content schedules.
Publish content according to brand guidelines and planned timelines.
