VA - Cold Caller Appointment Setter (Remote)

Summit Law is a US-based service agency. We need a sharp client prospecting cold caller who can get clients on the phone prospect their needs connect the call to our agents and close.

The short version: you dial leads, pitch our service, connect the client to your agent or book an appointment, and follow the deal through to the close. You earn 20% commission on every deal that closes, no cap. Once your first sale closes, a $500/month base kicks in on top, every month after.

What you'll do:

• Work through provided leads and dial with energy all day
• Open cold, pitch clearly, and handle the brush-offs
• Connect your agent with prospected clients for them to close
• Stay on the deal through follow-up until it closes
• Log your calls and keep your numbers honest

What we're looking for:

• Cold calling experience (B2B, agency, or SaaS preferred)
• Clear, confident English and thick skin on the phone
• Self-driven, you keep dialing without being chased
• Reliable internet, a headset, and a quiet space for calls
• Available to overlap US business hours (Central Time)

The deal:

• 20% commission on every deal that closes (no cap)
• $500/month base unlocks after your first closed sale, then it is yours every month
• The more you book and close, the more you make
