Social Media & Newsletter VA - Instagram + Kit/ConvertKit (Part-Time, Ongoing)

Moments Beautifully Made (MBM) is a creative brand and indie publishing imprint
launching Neon Lanes, Book One in The Way Back to Us series. We're looking for a
reliable part-time VA to manage our Instagram and newsletter on an ongoing basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Instagram ----------

• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Design on-brand graphics/reels in Canva
• Write captions matching our brand voice (warm, genuine, never salesy)
• Schedule posts, respond to basic comments/DMs
• Light hashtag/trend research

Newsletter (Kit/ConvertKit):

• Design email templates matching our brand
• Write and schedule regular sends (book updates, behind-the-scenes, launch countdowns)
• Set up and maintain a welcome sequence for new subscribers
• Basic list segmentation

BRAND GUIDE

• Colors: deep emerald, champagne gold, soft blush, charcoal
• Book-specific palette: neon pink, electric blue, yellow-green (90s Vegas / VHS

glitch aesthetic)

• Tone: warm, story-forward, emotionally intelligent

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid English writing skills
• Experience with Instagram management and scheduling tools
• Experience with Kit/ConvertKit or similar email platform
• Strong Canva skills
• Reliable internet, able to work independently with light daily check-ins

PREFERRED

• Experience with author brands, book launches, or small creative/Etsy businesses
