Short-Form Video Editors / Clippers (Performance-Based Weekly Live Payouts)

Hi, my name is ADBABY! I am looking for a team of 5 to 10 hungry, talented video editors to clip my gaming and entertainment live streams and turn them into highly engaging vertical videos (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels). This is a performance-based role where payouts are decided live on stream every week!

???? The Weekly Tiered Reward System

Every week, we will review the submitted clips live on stream (usually Sunday or Monday, any updates are in my Discord server).

Payouts are determined by which view tier your video hits:

Tier 1 (4,000+ views): £5 payout
Tier 2 (7,500+ views): £10 payout
Tier 3 (10,000+ views): £30 payout

The Top-Performer Multiplier

There is strictly one 1st Place winner and one 2nd Place winner chosen each week:

1st Place (Highest Views overall): Receives 100% value of their achieved tier (up to £30).

2nd Place (Runner-up): Receives 75% of their achieved tier value.

???? The Weekly Jackpot Rollover

If the algorithm is brutal and nobody hits the 4,000-view threshold (Tier 1) for 1st place, the top prize money rolls over to the following week. The top prize instantly doubles to £100 and keeps growing until someone cracks the algorithm (capped at a maximum of £150 total rollover budget for the month).

???? Submission & Verification Rules

To qualify for payouts, all editors must follow these guidelines:

1. Format: Clips must be edited into vertical format, include engaging captions, and be posted publicly.

2. Tagging: You must use the hashtag #adbaby and tag my official handle on the respective platform.

3. Account Age: Videos must be posted on channels/accounts that are at least 30 days old.

4. The "Cooking" Rule: To give the algorithm time to work, videos must be uploaded at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the weekly review stream to be eligible for that week's payout.

5. Analytics Proof: Winners must provide a backend screenshot of their video analytics. Over 90% of the traffic must come from organic feeds (FYP, Shorts Feed, Reels Feed). Direct, external, or botted traffic will result in immediate disqualification.

????? Discretion, Terms, and Flexibility

Live Stream Review: All clips will be audited live on stream. Payouts are calculated strictly based on the view count at the exact time of the live review.

Final Discretion: While views are the primary metric, final winners are chosen at my individual discretion on stream to ensure quality. Spamming low-effort clips will not win, even if they accidentally get views.

Fraud Prevention: Any suspicion of view botting or artificial engagement will result in immediate termination from the team without pay.

Operational Flexibility: I reserve the right to pause, adjust, or restructure the payout system at any time depending on budget.
